Digital skin redemption code
Physical products include in the box a 24-digit code + a 4-digit tag. When you redeem the code in the game, you receive the corresponding digital skin in your inventory.
- Each code is single-use
- The skin is permanent and stays bound to your account
Payment methods

Shipping
Shipping is available by geographic zones. The Gamer Regnum team manages orders from the admin panel: marks the status (pending / shipped) and adds tracking information when available.
The shipping price depends on the destination country and is shown at the time of purchase.
Coupons

The physical marketplace requires your account to have completed KYC for high-value orders. International shipments can take between 7 and 21 business days.
